The first of a series of films about the kind of young offenders institutions that did once exist in the UK, with unfortunate staff who take any and every chance to inflict corporal punishment on the unfortunate but also deadly female inmates. With an immoral staff trying to use all possible methods to inflict corporal punishment on the unfortunate but equally wicked female inmates. It is this one that sees a frightened Rosy Ann experiencing her painful introduction to the regime at hands of Miss Jessica, whose rather glamorous style was used by him.
